The MSC Organization hosts two pageant with four crowns: Miss Memphis Princess and Shelby County Outstanding Teen which are local preliminaries to Tennessee's Outstanding Teen Pageants & Miss Memphis and Miss Shelby County which are local preliminaries to the Miss Tennessee Scholarship Pageant each June in Jackson, TN.
- Princess contestants compete in private and onstage interviews, evening gown, and fitness wear.
- Teen contestants compete in private and onstage interviews, evening gown, fitness wear and talent.
- Miss contestants compete in private and onstage interviews, evening gown, swimsuit and talent.
