Greater Memphis

April Lancaster, 24, was crowned the 59th Miss Memphis and *Brittany Card, 15, the first Miss Teen Memphis at the Bartlett Performing Arts and Conference Center on Saturday.

Lancaster, a Bartlett High School and University of Mississippi graduate, will compete in the Miss Tennessee Pageant in Jackson in June. She is studying for her master's in music at Northwestern University near Chicago.

Card, a Collierville High School sophomore, will go to Jackson in March to compete against other Tennessee teenagers for the Miss America Outstanding Tennessee Teen.
